Our Neutral powder will set makeup without changing the color while our Ultra White powder will brighten and intensify white cream bases and brighten colors when applied.

How to use this product:
Apply liberally to a Powder Puff and press powder on top of the makeup to absorb excess moisture. Dust off excess with a powder brush.
