We‘ll keep your order for three days so you can come get it at a convenient time

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our Silver Spring, MD store in approximately two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.

A good size store, but what sets it apart is the staff. They took the time to really explain different balloons for an event we were doing to us. They blew up some different ones so we could see what the actual colors were and had ideas about putting things together. Prices are very reasonable.
